1. Tuition coordinator:

Responsibilities as a home-based tuition coordinator:

- Source for tuition assignments.

· No restrictions on the ways as long as they are legal and do not cause inconvenience to others. (EdustarAsia holds no responsibilities for any actions taken by the tuition coordinators)

· Some of the ways to source tuition assignments are making cold calls, approaching friends and relatives, advertising on newspapers, websites, magazines

- Tutor matching

1. Agency matching

· Once tuition coordinator has a tuition assignment, he/she can pass the assignment to the lead coordinator (located at the main office) for tutor match. This is normally a more convenient way of getting tutors as we have a database of >15,000 tutors and a match is normally done easily. The tuition coordinator will be updated once a deal is successfully matched or unsuccessful. The reason for any unsuccessful match will be given and the tutor coordinator is free to call to verify with the client.

· Commission of 20% of the commission received by the agency will be given to the tutor coordinator. E.g. If a tuition of $400 per month is agreed, the tuition agency will receive $200 and the tutor will get $40. This is for just one tuition and if the tuition coordinator can close 2 deals a day, he/she will be able to earn $80 per day. However, one must take note that commission will only be given to the tuition coordinator when the commission is successfully received by the tuition agency after the first two lessons have been conducted.

2. Self-conducted matching:

· Tuition coordinators can also find their own tutors for matching. However, once they have an assignment, they have to tell the lead before they proceed to find a tutor. Also, any successful deal must be informed to the lead.

· Commission of 40% of the commission received by the agency will be given to the tutor coordinator. E.g. If a tuition of $400 per month is agreed, the tuition agency will receive $200, of which the tutor will get $80.

· Please take note that failure to report any assignments and attempt to keep all the commissions while working as a tuition coordinator of EdustarAsia is illegal and will be charged. The tuition coordinator will be asked to compensate EdustarAsia.

3. Tuition lead (Home-based)

Responsibilities as a home-based tuition lead:

Assist in finding suitable tutors for our clients

Deal with difficult clients and able to retain them
Make calls to link up clients and tutors and ensure both are satisfied with our service
Follow closely and assists clients or tutors in making changes until the first lesson is successfully conducted
Follow up with the assignment to ensure clients is satisfied with the tutors provided

Criteria as a home-based tuition lead:

Effectively bilingual (pereferably able to speak mandrian)
Must know how to use microsoft office
Should be available most of the time and priority will be given to those who stay at home most of the time (housewives, unemployed, etc)
Customer-orientated and self-driven
Able to work anytime of the day as it is home-based.

Incentives

Commission-based
Earn 15% of agents fee for each assignment. E.g, if the assignment is 400/month, agent's fee is $200 and you will get $30. Hence, if you can close 2 deals in 1 hour, you earn $60. The commission will increase to 30% for senior lead
Normal lead earns $100/day
